Gazpacho flavored with chili oil, swordfish and tuna carpaccio with extra virgin Itranae, raw prawnspaired with lemon and orange flavored oils, baked sea bass with potatoes and mushroom eggplant and last sweet note … the soufflé with warm heart of chocolate with orange flavored oil.
